Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

• Exchanges are accepted only for:
  • Manufacturing defects or wrong product delivered.
• Products must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags and labels intact.

Deduction on Exchanges

• 10% deduction applies after inspection.
• If the product is damaged or worn, the deduction will be 100%.

Shipping Charges

• Exchange shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.

Sale Items

• Sale items can only be exchanged if there’s a manufacturing defect or wrong product delivery.

Non-Exchangable Items

• Sale items (except incorrect or defective deliveries).
• Requests made after 15 days of delivery.
• Damaged or tampered items.
• Customized designs.

Exchange Procedure

• Provide order details, reason for exchange, and photographic evidence within 15 days of delivery.
  

Change of Mind

• Exchanges are not allowed for change of mind.
